No-Burn Days in Davis County
All of Davis County falls under Utah’s winter air-quality rules. On mandatory no-burn days, wood stoves and fireplaces can’t be used unless the stove is registered as your home’s sole heat source. Check air.utah.gov before you light a fire. When you can burn, seasoned wood gives you more heat and less smoke, and it’s the only kind Utah allows in stoves and fireplaces.
