Choose your wood and pay, and our crew will load your truck, SUV, or trailer for you. You’ll be back on the road in minutes. We’ve been loading Salt Lake City vehicles since 1979.

How Yard Pickup Works
- Call or stop by the office. Tell us what you’re after, whether that’s firewood, cooking wood, or both, and how much. Pay through the office before loading.
- Pull up to the stacks. Our yard crew will point you to the right spot.
- We load you up. Our crew will load any vehicle that comes on site, from compact SUVs to full-size pickups.
- Head home and light it up. Everything we sell is seasoned and ready to burn.
What You Can Pick Up
- Firewood: piñon, cedar, mountain pine, oak, and local mixed wood for fireplaces, stoves, and fire pits
- Cooking and smoking wood: oak, hickory, pecan, apple, cherry, and mesquite, seasoned and cut to around 18 inches. BBQ wood → · Pizza oven wood →
Stock changes with the season, so call ahead if you have your heart set on a certain species.

Every vehicle is different. Tell us what you’re driving (and your trailer’s dimensions, if you’re bringing one) when you call, and we’ll help you figure out how much to buy. Call (801) 485-9663 for current pricing.

Tips for Your Pickup Trip
- Protect your interior. Bring an old blanket or tarp for SUVs and cars.
- Secure your load. Pickups and trailers should bring straps or a cargo net. Utah law requires loads to be secured.
- Know your plan. If you’re burning in a fireplace, ask about piece size. For a smoker, tell us your firebox size.
